What You’ll Do:
✔ Assist in creating, scheduling, and posting content
✔ Research trends & suggest creative ideas
✔ Manage basic community engagement
✔ Support campaigns & collaborations
✔ Track brand mentions & conversations online
✔ Respond to DMs, comments, and reviews politely & promptly
✔ Escalate sensitive issues to seniors when required
✔ Maintain brand tone across all interactions
Skills You Need:
✔ Strong command of English with creativity & attention to detail
✔ Ability to take and give feedback
✔ Up-to-date with social media & AI trends
✔ Professional communication & empathy in responses
Tools You Should Know:
✔ Canva or similar design tools
✔ Basic photo/video editing software
✔ ChatGPT & other AI tools
✔ Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
✔ Review platforms & basic social listening tools
